As the academic year draws to a close, we at the Navigator find ourselves both excited and pensive: excited for the work we've accomplished, and pensive as we prepare to bid farewell to two extraordinary individuals who have left an indelible mark on our school paper. Seniors John C., editor-in-chief, and Michael C., image manager, are graduating—leaving behind not only a stronger publication but also a legacy of passion, leadership, and dedication.

John joined the Navigator staff as a sophomore, and over the past three years, he grew into our editor-in-chief whose work has elevated the quality of every publication. Michael, as well, joined as a sophomore and stepped into a leadership position as image manager. This was a new position here at the Navigator, so Michael forged the path for all who will come behind him.

As they sail away to new adventures, we say thank you. Thank you for your countless hours of editing, writing, and leading. Thank you for raising the bar. And most of all, thank you for reminding us why student journalism matters.

You will be deeply missed—but your impact will be felt for years to come.
