NorthStar Academy's Visual Arts Club provides students with hands-on art experiences through hands-on activities and artist sharing. It promotes diverse creative genres such as pottery, painting, illustration, digital art, charcoal, chalk, sculpture, and printing by encouraging innovation and competition participation. Students interested in the visual arts make up the Visual Arts Club. The Visual Arts Club's mission is to promote the arts by participating in different art contests, meetings, and events.

This year, the Visual Arts Club would like to introduce a Christmas Art Competition! The tournament will run from December 1 until December 31! The competition winner's artwork will be shown on the NorthStar Navigator. Christmas is the theme. What does Christmas mean to you? Does it resemble a song or poem or how about a Bible verse? Turn your ideas into works of art! Crochet your thoughts! Paint them! Draw them! Anything art-related is welcomed. To enter the competition, you must first join the Visual Arts Club using your Teams account. We're excited to see what you guys come up with!

Let us now look at why art is useful. Students who freely explore with various materials with the objective of expressing their feelings and thoughts will be able to see the world around them with an open mind. As a consequence, art is a wonderful tool for polishing the most important skills needed for success and productivity. As your cooperation and communication skills improve, joining the Visual Arts Club will help you to gain more experience and confidence in your abilities as an artist.
