Navi's Crazy Cipher Confusion: April Edition

Hey, after his last adventure, Navi found a hint to The Adventures of Navi Vol.3: Off-Course.  However, he cannot read the hint because it appears to just be random numbers.  Luckily, he finds a little translation key to help him decipher this message.  Can you help Navi use the translation key to decipher a hint of his next adventure?

Remember, the way to use a translation key to decipher a string of numbers is to look at them two at a time. This allows you to find the corresponding letter for every pair of numbers. For example, using the translation key Navi found, let’s decipher the following string of numbers:

Remember, we can decipher it by looking at the numbers two at a time. If we look at them this way, we can notice that there are four pairs of numbers: 09, 05, 26, and 04.
